These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Use of this website

The site is provided for general information about the products stocked by Vikas Pesticides. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Product information

Product names, technical contents, pack sizes and descriptions are given in good faith for reference. The label and leaflet supplied with the product are authoritative. Always read the label before use.

3. Orders and enquiries

An enquiry submitted through this site is a request for information, not a confirmed order. A sale is concluded only when it is accepted by us at the shop or in writing, subject to stock.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices and stock change with season and supply, and any rate quoted is valid only for the period stated. Availability is confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Safe and lawful use

Agrochemicals must be stored, handled, mixed, applied and disposed of in accordance with the product label and applicable law, including the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the rules made under it. Use protective equipment, observe the stated dosage and waiting periods, and keep products away from children, food, feed and water sources.

6. Returns

Returns and replacements are considered only for unopened, undamaged packs in their original sealed condition, with proof of purchase, and are subject to the policy of the manufacturer concerned.

7. Intellectual property

Text, layout and images on this site belong to Vikas Pesticides or are used with permission. Brand names and trademarks of manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for loss arising from use of information on this site, from application not carried out according to the label, or from conditions outside our control such as weather, soil, water quality or mixing with other inputs.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.

11. Eligibility and licensed sale

This site is intended for users aged 18 years and above. Insecticides are sold only from our licensed premises under the licence granted to us under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Insecticides Rules, 1971. We stock only products registered with the Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee, and we do not sell products that are banned, restricted or withdrawn from use in India. Certain products are supplied only against the recommendation or documentation required by law, and we may decline a sale where that requirement is not met.

12. Privacy and your data

Details you submit through an enquiry form, such as your name, phone number and message, are used only to respond to that enquiry and to keep a record of it. We do not sell your details. Information is handled in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force. You may ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to the address below.

13. Third-party links and brands

This site shows product names, pack images and descriptions belonging to the manufacturers whose goods we stock, and may link to their websites. Those materials remain the property of the manufacturers concerned and are shown for identification only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or for any transaction you enter into with them.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, from misuse of the site, or from use of a product contrary to its label, the applicable rules or the instructions given to you at the time of sale.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamity, flood, drought, fire, epidemic, strike, transport disruption, supply failure by a manufacturer, or any order or restriction imposed by a government authority.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. A delay by us in enforcing any right is not a waiver of that right. These terms, together with our Disclaimer, form the whole agreement between you and us in relation to this site.

17. Grievance redressal

Any complaint about this site, an enquiry or a purchase may be sent to our grievance officer, appointed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
